Cuisinart Nylon Turner with ABS Handle, RedMade of lightweight nylon, this utensil is gentle on stainless-steel and nonstick cookware, yet sturdy enough to serve heavier portions of food. The turner has a 4-1/2-by-3-1/2-inch head that easily flips burgers or potato latkes, while draining fats and oils through it slots. Its nylon construction is heat-resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit--so the sturdy tool can withstand high cooking temperatures without melting.
